Mero Vidya’s Smart Attendance System simplifies employee attendance management by combining advanced technology with manual options. Here’s how it works:
1. Automatic Attendance with Smart Devices
RFID Touch Device: Employees can tap their RFID-enabled ID cards on the device to automatically log their attendance.
UHF RFID Device: Uses Ultra-High-Frequency RFID technology to track attendance automatically when employees with RFID cards pass within the device’s frequency range.
2. Taking Employee Attendance
Attendance can be recorded through:
Principal App
Admin App
Dashboard
Smart Attendance Devices
3. Features
Automatic Attendance: The system automatically tracks attendance through RFID-enabled ID cards or UHF RFID devices.
Manual Adjustments: Attendance can be added or edited manually if required.
Access to Previous Records: View past employee attendance data.
Principal Notifications: Attendance updates are sent to the Principal App or via SMS to keep principals informed.
